Yes. 11:30 - 3:00 Fri - Sun. $10.99. We were there 2 weeks ago (on Sunday) and the food was great!
Yes, very comfortable atmosphere.
This was my first time here, and it was delicious!!!😘 Everyone was helpful in explaining menu items, and it did not take long for our food to come out. I enjoyed the experience of eating food from a different culture. I have never really eaten Indian food! You get papad which is a thin crispy lentil bread with three dipping sauces complimentary. I really loved the green and the red ones the most!
Absolutely the best food in all of Savannah, Pooler, Richmond Hill!! Probably the best Indian food I’ve had outside of India! I have been here upwards of 6 times in less than a year and it blows all other restaurants in south Ga out of the water! The staff is amazing, the food is amazing, the entire place deserves a five star Michelin award! Be careful it’s very addictive;)
The food and service is amazing. The Buffet is Worth it but you can always order off the Menu. The Buffet allows you to expand your Taste palette you know, try new things. Our GO TO spot for sure.
Service was excellent with good humor. We ordered Curries. Tiki and house special.on the menu they have a listing of Curry's which you can select from and at the top you can choose your own protein including Penny error vegetables goat lamb Chicken shrimp or fish. We both chose goat it was excellent.
Delicious, fresh and... did I mention DELICIOUS and FRESH. We found this little gem by sheer chance traveling through GA. Maybe a mile and and a half from the interstate. Servers were very nice and attentive. We will undoubtedly be back, Lamb masala, I am already thinking about it. Yummy!!! Oh and I don't like spicy at all, everything I had was mild and perfect.
Food was very flavorful. Very authentic dishes and atmosphere. One of my new favorite restaurants.
I have passed the billboard on I-95 several times. I was never able to locate it. This time I was determined, and wow was it worth it. Great food, reasonably priced. The service was good nothing special. This place is worth the trip.
My wife and I love this place. Best restaurant in Savannah/Pooler/Richmond hill area by a long shot. We would eat here everyday if we could! The service and food are amazing. If I could give it 6 stars I would!
Great flavor 👍👏👌
Very good restaurant! Great food good portions. Great staff. Excellent !!
The food is wonderful, the atmosphere is cozy, however the service is lacking. It's sad cause it's an awesome place to eat minus that. Be prepared to wait. Me and my coworkers were even ignored or passed over a few times. All in all, if they get more help it will be a 5 star place
Amazingly, delicious, authentic Curry! Such a great meal.. all of it! We had Tikka Masala, curried goat, and chicken 65 for an appetizer! So yummy and can't forget the garlic Naan Bread! Can't wait to go again and try some more! The staff are friendly and make you feel at home! A must try if you're in the Richmond Hill area!
Always a good experience when I go. Great menu and lunch buffet. Recommended!
Food is delicious every time! Excellent Buffett during lunch! One of our favorite restaurants.
The food here is absolutely delicious! Butter, garlic, or cilantro & green chili naan were fantastic. Spicy chicken vindaloo was excellent, as was the shrimp stew and generous portions of rice. Couldn't ask more of the service, the staff was on point throughout our visit. This is a new favorite and recommend it to anyone looking for great food!
In all honesty, the first bite I had of the vegetable Korma immediately reminded me of my trip to India. I’m from NYC and we have a lot of great Indian food there. But I actually think this was BETTER than most places I’ve eaten at in NY. I am rarely compelled to write a review for a restaurant but this was such a pleasant surprise that I had to say something. Worth a trip to Savanna just to eat here! Reminds me of Indian food in India!
Really enjoyed the food and service. The curry dish was really good day 1. The next day had the lamb, great tasted needed a side.
Very polite and attentive staff, with a 5 for customer service. Since is a quite new, the interior decor is not so polished. The buffet has adequate variety, and the spiciness caters to the American palate. The mango fruit custard was the best I've had in a very long time. The gulab jamun was too soft, and the kheer was ok. Overall, for my first visit, it was good. Next time I'll try something off the menu.
Great place secreted away in a shopping strip. We had lunch buffet and everything tasted wonderful. The food tasted fresh and authentic. We don't live in the area but if we did, we'd eat here regularly!
What a great place! Very good authentic Indian food, not that watered down stuff you find other places. This is legit. You want spicy? They've got it! Also incredibly good service, attentive and friendly. I highly recommend trying this place out.
Hands down the best Himalayan food I've ever had. Super friendly service, brilliant brilliant food, and I even got the t-shirt. Will absolutely be back.
Went for the first time on a Friday durimg lunch and got the lunch buffet. We were NOT disappointed. Food was amazing and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend checking this out.
Unbelievably delicious food! If I could give 10 stars I would. My husband and I enjoyed the $10 lunch buffet - so many different options and each one tastier than the last. Loved their shirts so we bought one. Lots of vegetarian options. Dessert was incredible. Will be going back again and again.
Loved everything, food was amazing, staff went above and beyond with everything, never ran out of my drink they were always ahead and the place was full, no empty seats. Will be back for sure
If you've just passed the billboard on 95 and are wondering "Is it worth it?" YES, it's worth it. Went there for dinner, and we were all incredibly happy with our meals. Try as many breads as you can handle; they are all delicious. The mango chicken and chicken tikka masala are creamy and wonderful, and the mixed fried rice looks like a birthday cake in it's presentation. The staff are super friendly, funny and attentive. It is a bit hard to find, especially in the dark: if you're coming from 95 it will be on your right, tucked away in the corner with a little sign that says Himalayan in red, and Curry Kitchen in black underneath it. It's in the plaza with a Little Caesar's, which will be much easier to spot than the restaurant due to its corner location. We can't wait to go back!
First time here. Food very flavorful. I had the Rogan Josh with lamb. Excellent. Also tried the garlic naan (bread) yummy
I’ve been here quite a few times and no matter what I get it’s absolutely delicious! The tikka masala is my favorite but I try to get something different often and it’s all amazing.
If you are in the area and you like indian food you have to stop by for their lunch buffet. For me, their food is the best I have eaten in the last 50 years. Service was excellent. Give it a try.
The food on the lunch buffet was very good. My wife and I tried everything on the buffet. Some of the food was a little too spicy for my wife. My wife loved the Chicken Tikka Masala (orange stuff). The wait staff is very attentive and frequently checked on our drinks and our satisfaction with the meal. The buffet also comes with a flat bread appetizer for the table to share. The buffet was only $9.99, and adding a drink costed $1.99.
Our first time here and we loved it.My wife knows I only Indian food if its home made, and this was as authentic as it comes and at a restaurant grad as well.Would definitely recommend it.
The lunch buffet is awesome! Plenty of vegan/vegetarian options. Staff was very attentive. I will be a regular at this place.
We eat at Himalayan curry often and it has always been a great experience. Food is always tasty and customer service is awesome. We catered food from there for a birthday party and it was was very tasty.
Really good food. Great service. Order the special ice cream cake dessert..
I LOVE this restaurant. The food is second only to the absolutely incredible and kind staff and crew. The food is consistently amazing. The setting is always lovely and the owners are even more outstanding. If you're in the area I cannot recommend a local restaurant higher than Himalayan Curry Kitchen!
Exquisite dining experience, one of the best Indian restaurants I've ever visited. Fantastic food, not too spicy. Great atmosphere. Couldn't ask for a better experience. A+
It's been years since I last had Indian food and I've been looking forward to trying this place for a while now. I had the lamb Tikka masala (mild) with garlic naan and it was very good! I was hesitant to go spicier, but if I get to eat here again, I'll give medium a go!
Very good food and service
Food was great and the service was fantastic! We will definitely be going back.
The staff was very friendly. Food tasted fresh and delicious. We made a quick stop here on our road trip to NC for lunch.
The food is authentic - just like you'd get in India. It's absolutely delicious and the staff is very friendly. I also enjoy the atmosphere.
I would sell my organs, first born child, and my soul just to eat a drop of food that fell on the ground from here. I like this restaurant better than I like my boyfriend. Eating here is a religious experience. Best food I've ever had.
I tried them for the first time and wasn’t disappointed! The food was good and portions were large. The naan is large and definitely worth the price. They also threw in some of the Kheer and it’s my new favorite thing!
Really good Indian / Himalayan food here. But somewhat pricey. Expect to spend upwards of $60 for a family of 4.
I heard alot if good things about the food here, absolutely agree and really liked it. The service and atmosphere was Great. I will be back.
One of the must visit Indian restaurant in Georgia if you happen to go via Savannah. Try the pepper chicken fry for an appetizer with spiciest setting. Same goes with Chicken Biriyani and garlic naan. I am sure if you're a spicy eater you will love it. The atmosphere is not so great but they have managed to give a decent ambience. My friends tried their speciality curries with rice and they were not disappointed. I would recommend this place definitely!
tasty Indian food, good selection. Spicy means very hot!
The food is great. The service is awesome. We just love this place.
Holy wow! This place is over an hour from my house and I will DEFINITELY be back! Raj, our server, was super sweet and made the best recommendation for food. We got the lamb kabob and the lamb curry. So good! Our kiddo got the kids naan pizza and loved it as well.
Wow. We were amazed at the flavors of the many dishes. We have a 2-year old, so we ordered naan (garlic flatbread) to entertain her, but the dishes are very easily family-style. We'll be back for their buffet lunch (closed on Mondays).
